Doug May brings more than 30 years of experience both domestically and internationally in high tech and renewable energy. Most recently, May was President and CEO of Unirac, and prior to that he was VP of Worldwide Sales, Service and Marketing at Xantrex. May holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern California. He is also a member of the board of directors at Falcon Waterfree.

John Tomaszewski Senior Vice President Operations, Customer Service & Warranty

John Tomaszewski brings forward extensive experience in operations and supply chain strategy with almost two decades working with OEM and Tier 1-3 suppliers to define operational strategies and drive execution. As president for NaviAsia North America and China, Tomaszewski established a global supply chain and operations to support OEM international customers in Asia. He also leverages experiences from AT Kearney, BP Amoco Corporation and a number of other industries, including consumer products, hightech, automotive, and energy. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Tomaszewski also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Nick Drackulich

Nick Drakulich CFO & Treasurer

Drakulich brings over 14 years experience in financial management as controller, VP Finance, and CFO roles in diverse industries. Drakulich formerly served as the VP Finance of PsPrint LLC, growing it into the third largest provider of online print services. Recruited by Sverica International, a private equity firm, Nick headed the financial operations of the company, tripling both revenue and EBITDA over a five year period. In 2011, Drakulich led the executive team in the marketing, recapitalization, and divestiture of PsPrint to Deluxe Corporation. The transaction generated a greater than 20x return on initial investment. Prior to joining PsPrint, Drakulich served as Director of Finance, Controller, and Director of Operations within Alameda Electrical Distributors and California Service Tool. Drakulich holds a BS in Accounting, MBA from Southern Oregon University, is CPA licensed in the State of CA and a Member of the AICPA.

George Laundenbach_Leadership

George Laudenbach Vice President of Operations

George Laudenbach brings to SPG Solar over 30 years of experience in photovoltaic (PV) solar energy as well as commercial and heavy construction.  Most recently he served as Director of EPC, North America for GCL Solar Energy Inc., in San Francisco and Director of Engineering and Construction for SunEdison in Maryland. Laudenbach holds an MBA in International Business from George Washington University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.  He is also a registered Professional Engineer in New York, Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Reporting to George are the Project Management team, Estimation, and Field Operations. 

Dylan Dupre

Dylan Dupre Vice President, Business Development

Dylan Dupre is responsible for developing the infrastructure and market strategy needed to meet SPG Solar’s aggressive growth goals. His team is focused on developing solar projects for large scale commercial, municipal, and utility projects (1-20MW) across the US markets. Dupre joined SPG Solar in 2004, participating in many large scale commercial PV projects at SPG Solar including nearly 50 MW of completed projects between 2004 and 2010. Dupre holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Soren Jensen

Soren Jensen Director, Engineering

Soren Jensen has over 15 years of product development experience from high tech and renewable energy field. Prior Jensen managed the Ground Mount Product Development team at SunPower, where he was responsible for the design and development of the Oasis “Power Plant in a Box” product, a standardized utility scale solar solution optimized to deliver the lowest LCOE. His experience spans a variety of products in the renewable energy space from development of solar hardware to optimization of direct methanol fuel cell power packs. Soren holds a MS in Ocean Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Engineering Academy of Denmark.

Lin Johnson

Lin Johnson General Counsel

Lin Johnson has over 25 years experience providing legal advice to corporations and businesses with a focus in the energy industry. Johnson’s last position was as a Principal with MLJ Energy Group, where she navigated diverse energy clients ranging from traditional utilities, combined heat and energy producers, independent power producers and project developers, venture capital and private equity funds and renewable energy clients through various transactional and strategic issues. Additionally, Johnson had roles as in-house counsel to start-up companies and over ten years with Exelon Corporation. She holds a B.A., J.D. and LL.M degrees.

Marissa Muller

Marissa Muller Director, Marketing

Marissa Muller is responsible for developing and leveraging SPG Solar’s services and products, brand and solar experience to meet the needs of our customers. Muller has seven years of communication and marketing experience both domestically and internationally. Prior she was an editor and producer at CNN, covering the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, Hurricane Katrina, and the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election. She earned her MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.

With over 10 years of industry experience, Tim Cain leads the product development team driving the highest quality standards, performance and product reliability. In 2001 Cain joined SPG Solar and has since gained construction, electrical and solar knowledge. This skill set allows him to successfully lead his team in developing best-in-class solar technologies.

Bill Elwell

Bill Elwell Vice President, Products

With over 10 years of industry experience, Bill Elwell is responsible for product management and sales of SPG Solar’s All Weather SunSeeker® tracker. With his over 4 years at SPG Solar where he made significant contributions to business development and design & engineering, and his previous experience in the civil engineering, land surveying and development fields, Elwell is positioning SPG Solar as a solar product innovator. Bill holds his A.S. in Design from ITT Technical Institute.
