Our experienced Customer Service and Warranty Department is available for complete customer support. With an in-house Warranty and Maintenance Team and dedicated Field Staff throughout the states we serve, SPG Solar can quickly respond to questions or visit your site to ensure your solar system is performing optimally.
Real-Time Monitoring
SPG Solar's commercial systems are monitored online and in real-time with web based SunSpot® Software. With a quality monitoring system, customers can view their current solar performance, historical data, and customized reports over the life of the system.
Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Repair
SPG Solar has been designing, installing and maintaining systems since 2001. With our extensive experience and hands-on approach we understand what it takes to maintain, troubleshoot, and service solar systems. Commercial systems include an annual maintenance check through the warranty period to ensure all equipment is operating properly. However, if conditions arise during the remainder of the year our team is available to quickly pinpoint and identify any issues and restore your system to full functionality.
Full Service Warranty
Our systems are closely monitored to ensure a long operating life. Our clients are offered full service warranties for 20-25 years and annual maintenance checks. In addition to the SPG Solar workmanship, equipment and service warranty, we also provide to our customers the manufacturers warranties which cover equipment for up to 20+ years. With our quality installation and knowledge of system operation over time, we can guarantee that your system will have optimal performance with little to no down time.
The Customer Service Process
Upon completion of a commercial system installation, SPG Solar's Customer Service and Warranty Team walk each customer through the following steps for a smooth transition from construction to full system operation. Our knowledgeable team will:
- Identify primary Customer Contact for post installation service
- Set up a customer training session and walk through to discuss equipment functioning and care, and address any questions
- Provide and review the PV System Guide including permits, equipment information, warranties, and final as-built drawings
- Provide periodic feedback to customer during the initial three months of system operation
- Provide annual usage patterns report to customers who provide SPG Solar Customer Service and Warranty specialists with utility statements
- Ongoing system support and rapid response to any customer concerns
