Tom Rooney has managed over 25 years the development of large scale, high profile, energy, water and infrastructure projects across America and around the world. As did his father. And grandfather.
Tom is an alumnus of Cornell University, where he earned a degree in Civil Engineering. At the University of Chicago, he received an MBA in Finance.
Prior to SPG Solar, Tom was the CEO at Insituform Technologies.
He has been a guest on numerous national television and radio programs on National Public Radio, Fox News, ABC News, Bloomberg and others. His writings have appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, Boston Globe, and more than 100 other publications.
